We are looking for Performance Engineers to interface with our team and our clients to help assess the performance of IT infrastructures, establish baselines, and identify opportunities for optimization/improvement. This is a highly visible, client-facing role. We value creative, strategic thinkers with demonstrated interest and skills in optimizing network performance.
The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000.
You should have the following qualifications:
Must be a US Citizen and able to be cleared to the TS level

We are looking for team members with the following skills:
Expertise with network and application performance solutions (e.g. OPNET / Riverbed Netcollector (formerly OPNET VNE Server) and/or similar products)
Experience working with or integrating various enterprise management systems (e.g. HP BSM / OpenView / BTO and/or similar products)
Excellent understanding of technology concepts such as SDLC, systems engineering, IT performance management, IT operations, operational monitoring, security monitoring, and KPIs
Knowledge of various IT infrastructure technologies (e.g. applications, servers, networks, storage)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including technical writing
If you have any of the following, it would be a bonus:
Solid understanding of networking technologies (routing, switching, TCP/IP, Ethernet traffic analysis tool, TAPs, traffic brokers)
Active US Secret or Top Secret clearance
Extensive experience in packet analysis (Wireshark)
Familiarity with ITILv3 concepts especially Service Operations
Security Engineers

Solid experience with scripting (to automate analysis tasks)

We are looking for a software developer to support the development and maintenance of specialized web-based software applications used by federal and commercial enterprise clients.
This is a hybrid position: 4 days per week working remotely and 1 day per week working on site in Reston, Virginia. This position is full-time (40 hours/week), Monday-Friday (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM).
The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $125,000 per year.

Job Duties:

Create and maintain technical documentation across all software development stages, including software developer and user guides, as well as software architecture diagrams
Proactively gather requirements for new software development projects and lead the design and implementation of tailored software customizations to existing web applications working closely with clients to understand their business needs
Drive technical alignment between Gobo products and client needs by translating ongoing client feedback into concrete software product updates and software feature enhancements, while managing long-term client relationships.
